Adapting to the specific needs of Middle Eastern clientele was an important part of his role, which included setting up a lean, high yield chocolate and confectionery production facility from scratch.
This course is more of a comprehensive chocolate business workshop and less about chocolate making (although ample guidance is provided on that). The workshop structure is focused on the key requirements to monetize your chocolate passion in a lean, cost-effective manner.
